We have a winner!

We are so pleased to announce the winner of the first annual Harvey Clemans Art Travel Grant: Kimberly Eaton!

Kimberly Eaton, Waterfront

Her watercolors have such a beautiful sense of place and remind us of Harvey’s paintings in their focus on architecture, landscape, atmosphere, and texture.

We were inspired by Kimberly’s proposal to travel to Europe, in order “to paint, to sightsee, to preserve in my mind the beauty and inspiration of sights, sounds and color.”

After Kimberly’s travels, we will be able to meet her and see the work that she’s created. She has also generously offered to donate a work of art which would be sold to support next year’s grant.

Thank you, Kimberly, and congratulations!
